Patapon

Forget traditional strategy games where you click icons; in Patapon, you are the beat. As a deity commanding a tribe of adorable, cyclopean warriors, you issue orders by drumming rhythmic sequences on your controller. It is a hypnotic blend of real-time tactics and music-based gameplay where staying on tempo is the difference between a glorious charge and total annihilation. With its striking 2D silhouette art and an addictive, pulse-pounding loop, you will guide your army through brutal boss fights and unforgiving terrain, all while praying your rhythm doesn't falter when the pressure mounts.
